Introduction: In female most common complain of uterine fibroid in all over world. in my study help of homeopathic medicine its help reducing and complaint cure uterine fibroid in day to day practice. Method:-in study purposive sampling for research purpose, medicine selection according individualization and prescribe after final confirmation from mataria medica. Result:- in study mostly middle age group between 26 to 40 yrs are more effective and mostly cal carb and phosprous was prescribe. Conclusion: our study was suggest homeopathic medicine got fast result and more use full in uterine fibroid case under supervision of homeopathic physician.
