A 25-year-old young married female reported with the chief complaint of a gradually growing palpable lump in right breast for last 3-4 month, initially diagnosed as a case of fibro adenoma later confirmed tubercular mastitis by excision biopsy and histopathology revealed Langhans type giant cells.
