A 47 year old male admitted to Cornea department co
mplaining of tearing, light sensitivity, blepharospasm,
foreign-body sensation and blurred vision. The compla
ints were present for more than 4 weeks. Past ocular hi
story was remarkable for frequent usage of (as often as
every 15 minutes) topical anesthetic (2% lidocaine) ey
e drops.
