Abstract

Background Internship is an important period where the medical student learns to apply the clinical knowledge. Rational prescription writing skills form the bedrock of becoming a good physician. Budding doctors are often unaware of the importance of rational drug prescribing. Hence this study was conducted to examine the drug prescribing patterns in Internship undergoing medical students.
