Abstract

presented with colicky pain in abdomen due to stone in left upper ureter, low grade fever and weight loss, followed by swelling of both parotid and lacrimal glands along with dry eyes and dry mouth. A diagnosis of Sarcoidosis was made on subsequent histopathological and blood investigation.
