Result: Most commonly 54% cases are presented with Anaemia Followed by 11% cases with leukocytosis and 5% cases with thrombocytopenia. In anemias commonest is hypochromic microcyticanaemiaseen in 61% ofanaemiacases, followed by 37% patients with normochromic normocytic anemia.
