Radix Entomolarisis the presence of a distolingual supernumerary root found in the first, second, and third mandibular molars .The prevalence of three-rooted mandibular first molars appears to be less than 5% in Eurasian and Asian populations. This case series describes successful endodontic management of a series of seven cases of Radix Entomolaris.[Tagdiwala D NJIRM 2015; 6(6):102-105]
